The Young Sheldon star, who plays Georgie Cooper on the popular series, welcomed his first baby, daughter Emma Rae Jordan, with girlfriend Jenna Weeks on Tuesday, May 21.
In a sweet photo shared on Instagram, Jordan, 21, cuddles up with his little girl, who is swaddled in a pink and white blanket and wears a cap with a pink satin bow.
“5/21/2024 God has blessed me with a beautiful babygirl. Emma Rae Jordan, Momma and Daddy love you.
Forever and always,” he wrote in his caption.
Young Sheldon‘s Iain Armitage commented on Jordan’s post, writing, “I can’t wait to meet her!! I’ve always wanted to be an uncle!! So happy for you!! Congratulations .”
Weeks also shared a close-up of their baby girl on her Instagram Stories as she slept soundly in her mom’s lap.
In January, Weeks announced that she and Jordan were expecting their first baby together, sharing photos of the two of them standing in a field, holding sonogram photos.
“Half of me and half of you she sweetly captioned the post.
Last month, Jordan also confirmed the pregnancy, sharing photos from an event he attended with Weeks.
The couple posed together, with Weeks wearing a sparkly, long-sleeved body-con dress that showed off her baby bump.
“One hell of a night Thank y’all for having us!!”
For Mother’s Day this year, Jordan shared a in honor of his girlfriend, posting a few pregnancy photos of the couple.
“Happy Mother’s Day to the most beautiful momma in the world.
To the woman that not only made me a daddy but pushes me to do better each and everyday,” he wrote in his caption.
“I’m blessed beyond measure. I love you Jenna!”
