This Love Island star made it all the way to the show’s finale before learning he was the subject of a pornographic video le@k.
US reality television contestant Kendall Washington is addressing a “private” video that le@ked online while he was in Fiji filming Love Island USA Season 6.
After Sunday night’s finale aired in the US — during which Washington and his partner, Nicole Jacky, came in fourth place — the contestants got their phones back.
Washington then took to his Instagram Story today to write, “What a way to get my phone back y’all.”
“I just want to address the content that came out from my past,” he explained to his followers.
That was something I shared to someone in confidence and trust.
It’s unfortunate that it’s no longer private but it is what it is.”
The Dallas native, 27, went on to say, “I want to thank you all for the calls/texts to support me during this time.”
Washington concluded his message by expressing gratitude for his “experience” on the reality competition show, adding, “I love you all for tuning in to watch my journey.”
Despite the viral footage, which showed Washington on a bed sans clothes, he is “excited for what’s next️.”
Jacky, for her part, has not addressed the situation.
